Cost of shipping is calculated at the time of checkout via the secure shopping cart. All of our products are shipped through UPS or USPS. All shipments will require a signature. In the case a package is lost or damaged in transit OHARARP LLC is not responsible for replacing the order. A claim will be placed with the shipping agent in these cases and can take 6 weeks or more to resolve.

International Orders:

UPS - We highly recommend that you use UPS for International shipments as UPS has custom agents that will ensure that your package makes it to you. However, there is a significant difference in price for these services. If you need your items quickly and with little hassle please choose this option.

USPS - When using USPS you must deal with customs directly if your package is held and is to be released. Generally, packages make it to customers quickly, but if your item is held by customs this can cause significantly delays and frustrations for you. You are responsible for clearing your item from customs if it is held.

Any duties and taxes for international shipments are at the cost of the customer. OHARARP LLC is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.

You may return any "unused" hardware product for a refund of the purchase price. Note that returned items must be received by us within 30 days from the date of the original purchase, and items purchased with a credit card or through Paypal will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Products must be in new condition (may be unpacked but not used, damaged or modified), packed safely in original or equivalent packaging, and shipped (not mailed) to:

OHARARP LLC warrants the products it sells against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. If you discover a defect, we will, at our option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price. Return the product with a description of the problem. We will return your product or its replacement via standard shipping.
